Bill Creamer

Bill is a seasoned global business executive with proven technology and quantitative skills in new business development, alliance/partner formations and channel marketing. He has launched and accelerated several significant new businesses over the past 25 years.

Before joining XtraGlobex as President of the Global Advantage Institute, Bill’s professional career included senior management positions in the manufacturing, chemical, financial, and technology sectors with such companies as E.I. Dupont, Mellon Bank, and AIG Asia OnLine. Notably, he spent 15 years performing new business and service launches at Bank Of America in both the international and the domestic arenas.

Bill holds BS and MBA degrees in economics, and is in the final stages of his DBA in International Studies. He has also spent 20 years as an adjunct professor at several universities in the fields of economics, business management, new business venturing and marketing, and has published a number of articles in the Journal of Commercial Bank Lending, Financial Analyst Journal, newspapers and various trade publications. He holds patents in econometrics and financial modeling.

Fady Sahhar

Fady Sahhar brings over 30 years of senior management experience working with major multinational companies including Sara Lee, Mobil Oil, Tenneco Packaging, Pactiv, Progressive Insurance, Transitions Optical, PPG Industries and Essilor (France).

His corporate responsibilities included new product development, strategic planning, marketing management, and global sales. He has developed a number of global communications networks, launched products in over 45 countries, and managed a number of branded patented products. Fady’s consulting practice focuses on consumer products, pharmaceuticals, energy services and economic development strategies.

Fady holds an MBA in Marketing, and is a PhD candidate in Global Leadership and Economic Development. He teaches at the MBA level at a number of universities and conducts training seminars in global leadership, marketing management and business development. Fluent in French and Arabic.
